Te paso una copia de una de las agencias donde nosotros solemos recomendar alquilar las motos, ellos tienen este contrato.
• International driving licence is required for foreigners and Nacional Driving Licence for Indonesian Nacional
• Rental rate is inclusive insurance of motor bike. Accident damage or theft of the motorbike or any parrot of it, will be customer´s own liability up to US$ 300.
• Rental rate are for 12 hours and an additional night, free of charge provided that vehicle is returnede at 7 a m the following day in case of extra hour´s customer will be charge $5 per hour.
• Renter will be fully responsible to any damage, theft of the motorbike any part of it, if the motorbike is driven not on the road
• The renter will be fully responsible to any consequence caused by letting or giving the motor bike to be driven by a person other than the renter.
• It is not permitted to drive the motor bike to outside the island without approval or motorbike rental
• The cancellation fee 50%
Como puedes ver ahi si alquilas una moto y le pasa algo a la moto tienes que pagar tu hasta 300 dolares y a partir de ahi lo pagaria el dueño.
